Jet Line: Voicemails from the Flight Path | 12 mins
Directed by Duane Peterson III & Patrick McCormack (Vermont)

Jet Line employs an anonymous hotline to elevate voices beneath Vermont’s F-35 flight path. Tranquil scenes of unassuming neighborhoods near Burlington International Airport are juxtaposed with voicemails of the unheard, those drowned out by the ear-shattering “sound of freedom.”

Fragile Paradise | 12 mins 40 secs
Directed by Greg Guma (Vermont)

Bennington, VT: a cultural storm against the Vietnam War and other national actions was brewing as newcomers arrived in Vermont during the late 1960s. At its center were the schools. A collage of the spirit of the times in a particular place.

Rewilding the Northeast | 10 mins 43 secs
Directed by Cassidy Motahari (Vermont)

Highlights the importance of protecting forever-wild landscapes across New England and the Adirondacks, for nature and people. Includes inspiring interviews with Susan Morse and others.

The Winding Farmland/Le rang pas drette | 25 mins
Directed by Sarah-Christine Bourihane (Québec)

In an estate located in Quebec, Carl and Alexandra are attempting to take on the life of their forefathers, but cannot escape the reality of the modern world. The belief that their values will be transmitted kindles their hope and makes them fight on.
