Followed by a Q&A with the filmmaker and Bo Moore, moderated by Eric Ford, Executive Producer & Host of Made Here on Vermont PBS

Ten years ago this November 16th, a Vermont T-Shirt artist known as “Bo the Eat More Kale guy,” took to social media to say that the fast food giant Chick-fil-A had ordered him to cease and desist printing T-Shirts with the words “Eat More Kale.” What happened next, Bo said, “The world responded.”

Vermont and the Bright Green Nothing takes a deep dive into a story that was broadcast around the world from Vermont, seen by millions, and moved over a hundred thousand people to physically do something to support Bo Moore and his T-Shirt business. Culled from thousands of pages of documents and hundreds of hours of never-before-seen footage — this Vermont-made documentary was funded on Kickstarter and includes interviews with many of the world’s leading trademark scholars in addition to the late Milton Glaser, designer of the I (Heart) NY logo, and best-selling business author Seth Godin.
