Their goal was to counter the government narrative about their practice. In the aftermath, police raids sweep Changchun City. The drawings of comic book illustrator Daxiong (Star Wars) are transposed into sweeping 3-D animation to tell the story, which unfolds at the engaging clip of a heist thriller.
