Kicking off NEQ and the festival, is a special reception for all regional filmmakers – from Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Northern New York State and Québec. This is the place to get to know your local filmmakers, mingle and find out more about what’s going on filmwise in the North East. Representatives from The Media Factory, sponsors of the NEQ Audience Favorite Award, will be there to invite you to a breakfast and tour of this amazing production space.
