In Don Coscarelli’s hallmark of horror franchises, townspeople have been dying under mysterious circumstances. Thirteen-year-old Mike investigates, discovering that the town’s mortician, “The Tall Man” (played by the late Angus Scrimm), is murdering folks and then reanimating the dead. Along with his older brother, Jody, and ice cream man Reggie, they must confront The Tall Man, his minions and the deadly silver sphere.
